All our items are shipped directly from Puamahina Hawaii©, Honolulu, Hawaii. All items are sent via the USPS and once an order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Tracking international orders is an additional charge so please bear in mind that should you elect to not track your order.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS. Once it arrives at the post office it is out of our hands!

If the order is not delivered and shipped back to us, we will reship it for you but you will be responsible for the additional shipping & handling fees. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. The customer can open a claim via usps.com in this case.
Pre-OrdersA pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in yet in stock. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.

Payments can be made via Shopify with credit or debit card or through PayPal. If payments is still pending on our end your products will NOT be shipping until payment is process and received.
Refunds & Returns Policy
It is really important to us that you LOVE your purchase, however in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or faulty we will offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase (15 days for International customers). Any items returned after 10 days of purchase (15 days for International customers) will not be accepted unless prior notice or terms have been agreed upon.
- Items must not have been worn , damaged or altered from their original condition in any way.
- We understand that sometimes it is difficult to keep original wrapping intact, however all items must be sent back with protective wrapping to avoid damage in transit.
If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any one of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a refund, exchange or store credit.
Pre wash all items before use once received! To ensure safety, occasionally inspect your items to make sure there is no damage that may cause harm to you or your child.
